Mail setup

Speedy delivery for kpgidaho.com email accounts.

Before you start: have your full email address (something like you@kpgidaho.com) and the password handy. Your IT contact gave these to you.

iPhone, iPad, or Mac

Tap the button below. Your device will ask permission to install the mail profile — accept it, then enter your email password when prompted.

Download configuration profile

Your device may warn "Profile Not Signed" — that's expected for an internal profile. Tap Install anyway.

Thunderbird, K-9 Mail, FairMail, eM Client

These clients auto-discover the right settings from your email address. Just create a new account and enter your email + password — the rest fills in.

Microsoft Outlook

Outlook discovers the settings automatically too. Add a new account, enter your email + password — Outlook handles the rest.

Other client or manual setup

If your mail app didn't autoconfigure, enter these settings manually:

Incoming (IMAP) mcfeely.kpgidaho.com
IMAP port 993 (SSL/TLS)
Outgoing (SMTP submission) mcfeely.kpgidaho.com
SMTP port 587 (STARTTLS) or 465 (SSL/TLS)
Authentication Password (your full email + password)
Username Your full email address
Trouble signing in?

Double-check that you're using your full email address (with @kpgidaho.com) as the username, not just the part before the @.

If you've recently had your password changed or your account locked, contact your IT support.
